At TerraTile, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, allowing you to shop with confidence.

Sample Tiles Ordered Online

Return Period

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that the conditions mentioned below are met.

Returns

  • Sample tiles are ineligible for return unless it was damaged in transit. If it was damaged in transit, please call us at 925 286 5252 and we will send a new tile sample free of charge.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a sample tile or would like the tile in a different size or color, please call us at 925 286 5252.

Return Period

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that the conditions mentioned below are met.

Return Costs

  •  25% Of Order: Before the return is initiated, a 25% restocking fee of the order will be applied to the customers method of payment.
  • Shipping: The customer will bear all costs associated with return logistics and freight.

Condition of Returned Items

  •  Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the tiles must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Inspection: All returned items will undergo an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the items have been used, installed, or damaged.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any tiles, please contact our customer service team at 925 286 5252. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Packing: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Shipping: Return the items using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
